All fees listed below are non‑refundable, regardless of the reason for the change or cancellation.
Change Fees
If you make a change to your booking:
- $25 per person, per change (Arrivia administrative fee)
- Plus any change fees charged by the cruise line, which are determined at the time the change is made
Cancellation Fees
If you cancel your booking:
- $50 per person Arrivia administrative fee
- Plus any cancellation fees charged by the cruise line, determined at the time of cancellation
Cruise line cancellation penalties vary based on how close you are to sailing.
Air Deviation Fees
If airfare needs to be changed:
- $50 per person Arrivia administrative fee
- Plus any airline fare differences and airline fees
If cruise line air arrangements were booked, the cruise line determines the applicable fees at the time of change.
Print/Mail Document Fee
If you request printed documents:
- $25 per booking, per occurrence for documents mailed within the 48 contiguous United States
- Additional fees may apply for all other locations
Cruise line document fees, if any, are determined by the cruise line.
Returned Check Fee
- $50 per check, per occurrence

- Cruise line fees are set and enforced by the cruise line, not iCruise
- All fees are non‑refundable, even if your booking is later changed or canceled
