Yes. You may cancel your cruise booking at any time by contacting iCruise. However, the amount you receive back (if any) depends on the cruise line’s cancellation policy and how close you are to your sailing date.
What You Need to Know
- Cancellation penalties are determined by the cruise line and usually increase as your sailing date gets closer.
- An Arrivia administrative cancellation fee also applies:
- $50 per person (non‑refundable), plus any cruise line cancellation fees.
- Some fares, deposits, or promotions may be non‑refundable.
- All applicable fees are non‑refundable, even if you cancel for personal reasons.
How to Cancel
To cancel your booking, contact iCruise as soon as possible. Be ready to provide:
- Passenger name
- Invoice number
- Ship name and sailing date
iCruise will process the cancellation with the cruise line on your behalf.
Travel Insurance Reminder
Travel Insurance is highly recommended. It may help cover eligible cancellation penalties for covered reasons (such as medical emergencies). If Travel Insurance is declined, all cancellation fees will apply.
